Guess the Word
About this app
Guess the Word Guess the Word Number of players: Two or more players. How to play: One player thinks of a word but doesn't tell anyone. The word should be something relatively common, like an animal, a food, an object, etc. The player writes dashes ( _ ) on the paper, one for each letter in the word. For example, if the word is "dog," they would write "_ _ _." The other players start guessing letters one by one. If a player suggests a letter that is in the word, the player who thought of the word fills in the dashes with that letter. For example, if someone guesses "d," the paper would change from "_ _ _" to "d _ _." Players continue to guess letters until they've correctly guessed the word or until they've exhausted a certain number of attempts (e.g., 6 attempts, similar to the game of Hangman). The player who correctly guesses the word or the player who thought of the word can take their turn next. Game Guess the word: Attempts remaining: Guess
