What this means
Remix is a copy-and-edit step. You start from a public app that already exists on Calculator Tools. The site copies the files onto your account. You then change the copy.
The original app does not become yours. The copy does.
Why it matters
Blank-page generation is not the only way to get a working calculator. If someone already built a tip splitter or a unit converter, remix is faster than describing the same idea from zero.
How it works here
Open a public app page. Use remix when the page offers it. Calculator Tools writes a new app on your account and keeps you as the owner.
You can also start from a picture on Image to App or Screenshot to App if the source is an image instead of an existing app.
